Catholic Formation
Our Mission
Holy Cross School is a faith-centered community fostering lives of service, integrity, and life-long learning. We are committed to Catholic education founded on Gospel-centered values and the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church. We are called to be Christ for others and to see Christ in others.
School Prayer
St. Joseph
watch over
our school family
as you watched over the
Holy Family of Nazareth,
Help us to follow
your example
so that we may grow in
honor and holiness.
St. Joseph,
patron of workers,
pray for us.
Holy Cross School is dedicated to St. Joseph.
Liturgies
Our students attend mass every Friday at 8:15 a.m. Students are involved in the planning of the liturgies as well as participating in the readings, offertory procession, and cantoring.
Sacramental Preparation
Students in grade 2 receive the sacrament of Reconciliation in early December and Holy Eucharist in early May. Students in grade 7 begin to prepare for Confirmation in the Spring to be confirmed in the fall of their 8th grade year.
